If you’re struggling with erectile dysfunction, Cialis also known as Tadalafil, should be your first line of defense. Cialis is hand down the most effective solution for erectile dysfunction.

If you’re struggling with ED, or impotence, the first thing to understand is that you’re not alone, and you shouldn’t be ashamed.

I’d estimate there are at least 3 million searches a month on Google alone for the following terms:

  • Cialis
  • Tadalafil
  • Generic Cialis
  • Hard dick
  • ED
  • Impotence
  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Erectile dysfunction treatment
  • Erectile dysfunction causes
  • Erectile dysfunction cures
  • Erectile dysfunction medicine
  • Erection problems
  • How to get harder erections
  • How to keep your dick hard
  • How to get erect and stay erect

And there are hundreds if not thousands of other similar search terms.

The fact is, a lot of guys suffer with ED, and only feel comfortable enough searching for solutions anonymously. Which is no surprise to me, society has a lot of sympathy for women’s issues, but not for men’s issues. Dick size and impotence are often the butt end of jokes. And guys who admit to caring about those things are often seen as insecure or immature. But caring about your sexual health is not a sign of immaturity or insecurity.

Your sexual health is very important

Sex is one step above food, clothing and shelter on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and problems in the bedroom are nothing to be ashamed of. None of us are supermen, and every guy in the world has been through a situation at least once, where he wasn’t able to rise to the occasion. And even the seemingly superhuman pornstars all take Cialis prior to a scene, every single one, not to mention that at least half of those guys are on TRT, GH and a host of other performance enhancing drugs.

Don’t Be Ashamed Of Having ED

Forget about pornstar sex, porn is dozens of takes, sound crews, and simulated moaning, real life is completely different. And in life, you should never be ashamed your problems, sexual or otherwise, you should only be ashamed about not actively working on solving them. And Cialis, is the most effective solution to ED on the planet, and should be your first line of defense in the battle.

Cialis Vs. Other Drug Treatments

Until 1998, the only drug treatment for ED was Yohimbine, which works, and it works well, but it works by a different mechanism than Cialis, and doesn’t work as well. In my experience, Yohimbine is more of an aphrodisiac, which gives you more sexual energy. But that energy comes with a price, which can be nausea, chills and insomnia, especially if you have a low tolerance for stims. I have a high tolerance and still had some side effects from Yohimbine, if you’re going to use it, take it no later than noon, and at a relatively low dose.

Cialis, which is the brand name for Tadalafil, as opposed to Yohimbine, is not an aphrodisiac, and doesn’t give you any more sexual energy than usual. It works strictly on blood flow to your penis by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which relaxes the smooth muscle cells in the penis, allowing the penile arteries to dilate, which increases the blood flow into your penis during erections, giving you harder erections when sexually aroused.

As opposed to Yohimbine, which is an aphrodisiac, stimulant, and mood altering drug, you do not develop a tolerance to Cialis, since it works purely physiologically. Yohimbine, similar to other stims like caffeine, is a drug you do develop a tolerance to, much like the effects of caffeine become less powerful over time. Not to mention Cialis has far less side effects than Yohimbine, especially when taken at a low dose, and is more effective at getting and keeping you hard.

Cialis For Performance, Alcohol, Or Dopamine Related ED

If your erectile dysfunction is based on performance anxiety, or alcohol, or dopamine dysregulation from porn use and excessive masturbation, Cialis will probably solve your ED completely, even at a low dose. And you might find that your performance anxiety might fade over time after you’re able to consistently put on a good performance, and when you know that you’ve got Cialis flowing through your veins as an insurance policy.

As for alcohol, it’s always better to have as little as possible before sex if you struggle with ED, and quitting porn and masturbation completely will have massive positive effects on your ability to get it up. With that said, having some Cialis on hand as an insurance policy never hurts.

Cialis For Heart And Venous Leakage Related ED

There will be some conditions however that Cialis might not help with. If you’re overweight, eat badly, rarely exercise, are over 35, and struggle to get it up, you might have a heart condition, with erectile dysfunction being an early indicator of that condition. If you fit that bill, Cialis might not solve your ED. With that said, Cialis might also work like a charm, but if those conditions apply to you, you should still definitely get a full checkup and blood test with a doctor to make sure you don’t have serious problems.

The other area where Cialis might not work, is if you have venous leakage, which means that one or more of the veins in your penis leaks, making it harder for you to maintain an erection. Venous leakage can be genetic or can be a result of diabetes, peyronie’s disease (a buildup of scar tissue in the penis), or injury.

I actually have some slight venous leakage in my penis from an overzealous kegel clench when I was 20 and trying to hold back ejaculating. Kegels in general are a great exercise for getting harder erections, but an overzealous kegel on the verge of ejaculation is dangerous and should be avoided. I can still get hard erections without Cialis, especially when I go without porn or masturbating, but with a quarter tab of doctor prescribed Cialis, and daily kegel practice, I get the diamond cutter erections of my youth back.

Venous leakage is something you can get tested for by your doctor but it’s not fun. I remember getting the test done in my early 20’s, and having to check in with the hot receptionist which was embarrassing enough, but even worse was the injection into my penis followed by the male technician massaging my dick under a machine for 20 minutes.

After the test I went back to my doctor and he determined it was venous leakage, and gave me a prescription and a bunch of free 5 mg samples which worked like a charm. In hindsight I should have just asked for the prescription first and not gone through the painful process of getting a dick injection, very few doctors will turn you down when you earnestly explain that you’re having trouble getting it up.

Ultimately, they have surgery for venous leakage, but in my opinion it hasn’t been perfected, and I would avoid surgery on your dick at all costs, especially if a quarter tab of Cialis is enough to get you rock hard. I would go to the doctor first and ask for a prescription, before you get tested for venous leakage. It’s likely that Cialis will work well enough and you won’t have to go through the experience of getting an injection into your dick.

I would only go through the venous leakage test, and explore surgical options, if you and your doctor determine that venous leakage is the sole cause of your ED, and that it’s severe enough that Cialis doesn’t solve it. At that point surgery might be your only option, but I’d be willing to bet that in most cases of mild to medium venous leakage; Cialis, plus NoFAP, plus No PMO, plus regular exercise and a healthy diet will be enough to get your soldier to stand at attention.

How To Get Harder Erections With Cialis

Here’s everything you need to know about Cialis, also make sure to check the related resources at the end of the article for links on other methods for getting harder erections as well as ways to have better sex and strategies for controlling fear and anxiety:

Legality

  • Cialis is legal to buy with a doctor’s prescription, it’s more expensive then the generic version, but at a quarter tab at a time, the price is well worth it
  • You can also order generic Cialis from an Indian pharmacy online, it’s a much cheaper alternative, and just as effective, but it’s only legal to buy with a doctor’s prescription in some countries/states/provinces – so make sure you follow your local laws

Ordering

  • You can get Cialis with a prescription from your doctor and pick it up monthly at the pharmacy
  • You can also order generic Cialis from a reliable Indian pharmacy online, just make sure the pharmacy is reliable, assuming of course it’s legal in your country/state/province and you have a doctor’s prescription
  • Lastly, please don’t ask me for a recommendations as I can’t legally provide one, just make sure you order from an Indian pharmacy, that you order from a reliable pharmacy with a doctor’s prescription and that you follow your countries’ drug laws to the letter

Dosage

  • Cialis, or tadalifil, usually comes in 20 mg doses, but I recommend cutting the pill into 4 tabs with a steak knife, and taking no more than 5 mg at a time, 5mg should be strong enough, it’s also cheaper, and has less chance of bringing on side effects
  • You also (depending on the pharmacy you buy from) might be able to buy 5 mg pills directly, which is slightly easier, but also more likely slightly more expensive

Brand

  • Cialis by Eli Lilly is the brand name for the drug Tadalifil
  • Tadacip, by the Indian drug company Cipla, is the most common kind of Tadalafil, or generic Cialis, that you’ll find at the online Indian pharmacies

Cost

  • For brand name Cialis, cost is dependent on your doctor and insurance
  • For generic Cialis, you can find 100, 20 mg pills, for as cheap as $115 through and Indian pharmacy, which at a quarter tab per dose is 400 doses, giving you a cost of 28 cents per dose

Come-Up

  • 1 to 2 hours, it takes a while for the drug to kick in so make sure to take the pill before she comes over

Half Life

  • You should be able to feel the effects of Cialis for 2 to possibly 3 days, you don’t have to worry about taking the pill right before she comes over, you can take it in the morning and still be good for that night and some morning after sex the next day

Positive Effects

  • Cialis makes it easier to get an erection and makes your erections stronger
  • Cialis is also good for blood flow to your heart as it was originally designed as a heart drug, to the point where some anti aging gurus recommend 5 mg a day for a healthier heart
  • Cialis also has some benefit in the gym by again increasing blood flow to the muscles, some guys find they get a better pump with a Cialis pre-workout
  • Some guys even report a small mood boost after taking Cialis, possibly because of better blood flow to their organs and brain
  • With that said – I don’t condone or encourage off label use of prescription drugs

Side Effects

  • For otherwise healthy guys, some guys get mild side effects like a stuffy nose, headache, or body ache because of the dilation of vessels in the body
  • For otherwise healthy guys, and in very rare cases, Cialis can cause priapism or an erection that won’t go away, which is a major problem, with that said that it usually happens when guys take 20 mg or more, at 5 mg you significantly lower your chances
  • For older guys with heart conditions, Cialis can be a problem, if that’s you, it’s something you need to run by your doctor first to make sure you’re not mixing the wrong medications
  • As for me, I get some of those side effects if I take 20 mg pills for 2 or 3 days in a row, but at a quarter tab, or 5 mg dose, I have no noticeable side effects

Rating

  • 10/10

Conclusion

  • Cialis or Tadalafil is a the best erectile dysfunction drug available, it’s also inexpensive, FDA approved, and for many guys it has little if no side effects – overall it’s a fantastic drug, and is a complete game changer for millions of men who struggle with ED
